Holiday Social Event Crew
Join the onsite team helping bring The Holiday Social to life through setup, guest support, event flow + breakdown.
Event crew should expect an onsite shift that includes time before and/or after the 12–3 PM guest event. Exact call time + assignment will be shared before a role is confirmed.
Event crew are working team members rather than ticketed guests. You’ll have access to Sorelle’s private hospitality station during your shift, plus select event perks as timing + availability allow.
Help the afternoon run smoothly.
The Holiday Social is a holiday brunch + social experience with shopping, portraits, music, food, activities + guest experiences throughout the ballroom.
Event crew will be assigned where they’re most useful based on experience, comfort level + the needs of the day. This is a hands-on paid support role, not a vendor or Partner Circle placement.
Help with event setup, signage, tables, supplies + experience areas.
Welcome guests, support check-in + help direct event flow.
Support vendors, Sorelle stations, activities + guest-facing areas as assigned.
Keep key areas organized, stocked + moving throughout the event.
Jump in as a general event runner when needs come up.
Assist with breakdown, packing + resetting the space after the event.
Warm, reliable + ready to jump in.
You don’t need to be an event professional. We care most about reliability, guest-facing confidence + being willing to help where needed.
